Privacy
Privacy practices for website visitors and inquiries.
This page describes how Panorbital handles information submitted through this site.
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Panorbital Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects information collected through this public website, related marketing pages, inquiry forms, analytics, and similar website interactions. It does not replace any separate written agreement, statement of work, data processing addendum, nondisclosure agreement, or client contract that may govern a specific engagement.
Information collected
Panorbital collects information a visitor voluntarily submits through the inquiry form, including name, company, email, phone, topic, message content, acknowledgment status, and source page. Please do not submit passwords, production secrets, regulated data, or confidential client materials through the public contact form unless a separate secure intake method has been arranged.
Security and anti-abuse systems may also process request metadata such as IP-derived signals, user agent, request headers, Turnstile verification results, timestamps, and rate-limit signals. These records help protect the site, investigate abuse, diagnose delivery issues, and confirm whether form handoffs occurred.
Analytics and session replay
Panorbital uses website analytics tools, including Microsoft Clarity, to understand page usage, diagnose usability issues, and improve site performance. These tools may collect interaction data such as page views, scroll depth, clicks, browser information, device characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, and session replay-style recordings of website interactions. Panorbital does not use these tools to intentionally collect sensitive information through the public website.
You can limit analytics collection by using browser privacy controls, blocking cookies or scripts, enabling tracking prevention features, or using browser extensions that block analytics and session replay technologies. The public site is designed so core content remains available even when optional analytics scripts are blocked.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to business requests, route conversations internally, create or update CRM records, send internal notifications, detect abuse, troubleshoot delivery, maintain operational records of form handling, improve the website, and protect Panorbital systems and visitors.
How information is shared
Panorbital may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security verification, CRM, email delivery, analytics, logging, and related business operations. Panorbital may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, systems, and business operations. Panorbital does not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Retention and security
Panorbital keeps website inquiry and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary for business response, security, legal, compliance, and operational purposes. Panorbital uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, but no public website or transmission method can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, including the right to request access to categories or copies of personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of eligible information, request information about disclosures for business purposes, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to verification, exceptions, and legal retention requirements.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@panorbital.com with enough information for Panorbital to verify and process the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but Panorbital may require proof of authorization and may ask the individual to verify the request directly.
Do Not Track and opt-outs
Some browsers send Do Not Track or similar signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for those signals, Panorbital may not respond to every such signal. Visitors can use browser settings, cookie controls, tracking prevention tools, and script blockers to limit optional analytics and replay technologies.
Changes
Panorbital may update this Privacy Policy as website operations, tools, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest effective content controlling future website use.
